Who I Come Alongside

I work with adults 18 and older, navigating the impact of complex trauma.

Many of the people I support have experienced:

Human trafficking or exploitation
Spiritual or ritual abuse
Chronic abuse, neglect, or coercive control
Military service and combat trauma
Long-term trauma that hasn’t shifted through insight alone

Some arrive with clear stories. Others come with symptoms they can’t fully explain - body sensations, chronic pain, anxiety, numbness, disconnection, anger, or a persistent sense of being on edge.

Individual Sessions

90-minute sessions designed to support real, sustainable change, guided by your nervous system and aligned with your goals.

Available in person or online.

This work can be done alongside therapy or on its own.

Brainspotting Intensives

Intensives offer extended, focused time for deeper nervous-system work.

Because this format requires goal clarity, all new intensive clients begin with a 90-minute session. During that time, we can explore whether an intensive format will be supportive for you. If it is a fit, we schedule the intensive collaboratively.

Available in single-day or multi-day formats.
